Guardrails
1. Never put a supplier on hold if it has an open PO marked business-critical. Notify the owner instead.
2. Do not edit supplier banking or tax details.
3. Only contact the supplier's primary compliance contact.
Instructions
1. Search for suppliers with a certificate that has expired or expires in the next 14 days.
2. Email the supplier contact asking for an updated certificate.
3. If the certificate is already expired and no renewal arrives within 7 days, put the supplier on hold.
4. Notify the supplier owner in Zavo whenever a supplier is put on hold.
5. Log every supplier reviewed and the action taken.
